With so much “reel talk” out right now, Ohio based Vic Freeze takes us back
to the  basics with the single, V.I.C Power, from his first solo EP, The Reluctant Star.
Teaming up again with Bay Area producer C. Avery (The Talented Tenth Ep), and mixed by
De-App of Ohiosoundlab (Far From Home), this percussion laden, high energy cut was
inspired by every day surroundings and the plight of the blue collar, Vic looks
to re-establish the bond between hip-hop and community.

The single is the lead to a 10 track EP which features production by Madd Caesar,
De-App, and C.Avery. Also with guest appearances by Paulie Rhyme,
Rey Resureccion, Satellite High, and Blayze Kid.

The tentative release for this project will be late June
and will be available for free download.

D’Juan Hart (born 1979), better known as Young Dro is an American Southern
rapper from Bankhead, Georgia. He performed as Dro from 2000 until he signed
to Grand Hustle Records in 2006, when he became known as Young Dro.

Young Dro was born Djuan Hart in Bankhead Atlanta, Georgia. Young Dro grew up
the second oldest of his mother’s five boys and somewhere amongst the middle
seven of his father’s 21 children. It was during his teen years that he
befriend the now Grand Hustle/Atlantic recording artist T.I. Neither
of the two took music seriously at the time. Young Dro did not even
consider a career in music until another one of his friends,
Chris ‘Daddy Mack’ Smith, scored platinum success as one
half of early 1990s duo Kris Kross.

To make his dream a reality, he first met with pioneering southern rapper
Raheem the Dream in the late 1990s, who at the time had Drama
and D4L front man Fabo signed to his local label.

P.O.L.O. (Players Only Live Once),
is the third studio album from Young Dro that should be released,
this summer, under the Grand Hustle/Atlantic label.

British Alexander Mitchell (born 1983), who performs
under the stage name Brisco, is an American rapper.

Mitchell grew up in Opa-locka, Florida. His mother died when he was 9, and
four years later; at age 13, his brother was killed in a car accident. At age 14,
the troubled teen’s cousin introduced him to his best friend, E-Class, the
founder of Poe Boy Entertainment, 1997. E-Class encouraged him to express
his life hardships through rap. Mitchell signed to Poe Boy a few years
later and received his first payment from his mother’s life insurance
check in 2001. However, he spent all $400,000 in six months.

Lil Wayne signed Brisco to Cash Money Records in November 2006. Brisco began
recording an album for Poe Boy and Cash Money, Street Medicine, in 2007 which
resulted in popular records such as, I’m Into Dat, and, Opa-locka. He also
made his big debut with Cash Money on Lil’ Wayne’s mixtape,
Da Drought 3, on a song called, New Cash Money.
